PT-180A Fully automatic flap disc machine
This machine can produce flap discs in a fully automatic manner.Each step can be switched rapidly and the standby time of machine can be requded to the minimum.For different types of flap disc,most parameters can be stored on the control panel,and the parameters can be set as automatic generation,or the operator can make adjustment according to description.All materials can be conveniently loaded and unloaded.

Step 1:Backing plate installation
The backing plate should be placed on turntable column by the operator,and the first piece will be transported to master operational console by robot arm.
The turntable can hold around 1000 backing plates(the specific quantity should be determined based on the thickness of backing plate).
Step 2:Gluing
The single component epoxy glue will be controlled by pneumatic pump.
Step 3:Flap cutting and setting
The belt should be delivered to cutting head by feeding frame.The servo motor on cutting head drags out an belt with certain length via track.
Step 4:Flap disc shaping
The flaps will be pressed by pressing system,thus the flaps and the glue will be more tightened,and the final shape flap disc will be formed in this step.
For different sizes of flap disc,different shaping plate will be needed.
Step 5:Flap disc unloading
The robot arm will take down the finished flap disc from master plate and place it on turntable column,when one column is full,the rotary tale will turn to next column.
Step 6:Heating
The flap discs need to be heated in the oven,this heating progress will take 4-5hours.After load the flap disc into the oven,first you need to set temperature at 120 degree,then start heating,inside temperature will reach 120 degree within half hour,then it need last 4hours,then the heating will stop,after about 1hour cooling,then you can open the oven to get flap discs out.
